I am well into the 3rd week of being vegan now, I’m not going to lie, I think I started craving eggs and fish for the first time ….. We 

stayed in a luxury retreat and the breakfast selection was incredible and I did manage to choose the vegan option of oatmeal with soy milk, Guarva, banana, raisins and nutmeg along with various other yummy things from the buffet, however I would have quite liked poached eggs and smoked salmon on toasted sourdough too ! I have a feeling that now I am in more of a holiday resort (Seminyak) by the sea ( I can imagine the seafood to be fresh and yummy!!) It’s definitely going to be harder to resist. However the vegan breakfast at the hotel we are staying in now is probably the tastiest option and I will not be complaining ! I get to have yummy Acia bowls everyday.

I still feel okay but I reckon I have lost some strength just from not being able to train much this week. Its hard to tell if being vegan has effected my strength too ….. We now have a fab gym though so no excuses for me, I’m ready to get back on track.
