To me real food is cooking, eating and enjoying food that is natural and unprocessed. Its about eating all food groups in moderation and as part of a healthy balanced diet, that will provide you will all the nutrients you need to achieve your optimum health.
If you are going to do exercise, you may as well do it properly! If you don’t challenge yourself there is not much point. The only way to improve and get where you want to be is to put in the work and push the boundaries. If you cheat with your training, you are only cheating yourself.
By this I mean live in the moment if you are eating well and training properly then you should be feeling great, but that’s not enough, you need to see things, go places and ultimately love life!
