I often get asked about how I look so youthful (looking 12 instead of 20!) and manage to have such clear skin. While I am sure genetics plays some sort of part in it I also think that diet and lifestyle are massive contributing factors too!
So my 4 top tips to achieving clear and glowing skin
- Drink plenty of WATER aim for 6-8 glasses of water a day this helps you stay hydrated but also allows your skin stay plump and reduce chances of wrinkles.
- Eating plenty of wholegrains, fruit and veg, fish and healthy fats. These foods all contain lots of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A,CE niacin and zin,c vital for healthy skin.
- Be sporty! By staying active and taking part in activities such as cycling, walking, running and different sports you can create a healthy colour and vibrant glow.
- Skin protection- this is very important if you spend a lot of time outside and in the sun because UV is so high these days! So wear minimum of factor SPF20 and never let your skin burn! Also opt for oil free skin protection so you don’t end up getting spots from using oily products.
