I’m sitting high in the mountains of Vietnam, watching clouds roll lazily across the valley. The air tastes like rain and freedom. Everything feels slower, softer, more alive. Out here, surrounded by green so deep it almost hums, you start to remember that life isn’t just what you can see or touch.

Something is moving underneath it all, a rhythm, a pulse, a quiet whisper that says, “This way.” Some call it intuition. Some call it the universe. Some call it a good gut feeling. Whatever it is, it’s real. It’s that invisible current that somehow nudges you toward the right people, the right ideas, the right timing.

When the student is ready, the teacher appears, and I’ve learned that the quality of the teacher you attract depends on the energy you bring. The mountain teaches patience. The morning mist teaches stillness. Even my handstand practice out here has become a dialogue with life.  A balance between, focus and flow, strength and surrender.

Imagination is the gateway to all of this. It’s not just daydreaming; it’s how we create. It’s how we talk to the part of ourselves that already knows. Whatever you hold inside eventually shows up outside because the world is your mirror. Out here, that truth feels obvious. When you train, move, or create with love, you can feel it reflected back through everything — the people you meet, the way the day unfolds, even the way your body feels when you move.

When the mind is calm, ideas begin to flow. Suddenly, everything seems to sync. You start to notice the signs, the timing, the way one small choice opens the next door. The voice you once called coincidence starts sounding a lot like Infinite Intelligence whispering, “You’re ready now.”

Life becomes a conversation. You ask questions like, What’s next? Where should I focus my energy? How can I serve better? And the answers arrive in gentle, almost playful ways. A person you meet at a café says precisely what you needed to hear. A song lyric lands at the perfect moment. Your body tells you, through movement, what your mind couldn’t quite grasp.

It all runs on energy. The more you give, the more you get. Happiness isn’t about collecting things; it’s about creating from love. Whether you’re painting, coaching, training, or simply showing up for a friend, when you pour yourself fully into something, the universe mirrors it back tenfold.

The alchemists had it right. You don’t chase gold; you become it. Every time you follow your intuition and move with faith instead of fear, you’re transmuting energy. You stop chasing and start attracting. “Ask and you shall receive” isn’t just a nice saying; it’s how the world works.

Act on the first nudge, and the next step appears. The path doesn’t reveal itself through waiting; it opens through movement. It’s the same with training: balance is found through presence, not hesitation.

Here in the mountains, surrounded by mist and stillness, I’m reminded that I am the thinker of my thoughts, and my thoughts shape my world.

Move with awareness. Imagine boldly. Train with intention. Give sincerely.

And live as if the universe is your silent training partner, because it is.

The sixth sense isn’t magic.

It’s mastery.

It’s that feeling mid-handstand when everything aligns — body, breath, and mind — and for a moment, you and life are perfectly in sync.

That’s the nudge.

That’s the magic.

That’s you, listening.
