I have now been back in Oxford for just half a day, I arrived and moved into Oxford yesterday evening and its now 8.30am Thursday morning. I am in such a good mood at the moment. So far I have trained, journallled, seen so many of my favorite people at the gym and responded to clients. I know all the actions I have taken are working towards my vision and goals.
I have been up since 4am and admittedly still a little jetlagged from my trip, however all is good as I was planning on getting up at 4am anyway, and I really I have enjoyed every moment of this morning. I am appreciating how much love I have for Oxford!
I am taking some time to look back over the past 11 weeks of my life. It’s been a life changing experience. I’ve learnt and experienced so much.
Prior to travelling I was unaware of certain concepts such as the law of attraction. And to be totally honest, I would have thought concepts like the law of attraction to be a little silly.
I used to believe in luck, certain people always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. And I used to think that this was the cause for the likes of ‘successful people’, I can now see through the law of attraction the world actually works very differently to this.
You create your own ‘luck’ (really there isn’t much luck at all!) its all about the choices you make and actions you take and the way you act and impact this has on others and the world.
I think its so important to surround yourself with the people you want to associate with and be around, for example I want to be around positive, inspirational people who have an energy and excitement for life. Notice, if you choose to be around negative people, the chances are you feel negative, uninspired and get yourself into that frame of mind. I believe that we are 100% responsible for everything we do in life; therefore we have a choice to not be around people who will bring us down, unless we want to be.
The same goes for my belief on achievement, if you truly believe you can achieve a goal then you will achieve it. Yes, the journey is not necessarily going to be easy to get to it, however because you will not have any doubt in your mind, you will be willing to do whatever it takes to get there.
Nevertheless if doubt still exists in your mind, it is highly unlikely you will get there. This is because the actions you take will not be in align with the goal you set out to achieve, and as I have explained in other posts a goal is usually achieved through the compound effect of daily habits that get you there.
The thing that has become apparent to me is where the mind goes the energy flows. By this you focus on something enough you will attract it into your life, whether that be a person, wealth or happiness, it will come if that’s what you truly want.
One of my morning rituals is to right out my visions for everything I want in life. It is a habit I formed whilst travelling and I now do this every single day without fail as it helps me paint the picture in my mind and stay focused and on track. I know that I will achieve my visions, it will not necessarily be an easy ride and some goals are quite far away right now, but I know I will reach them and in the mean time I am taking the actions needed, with a degree of flexibility for any changes that need to be made along the way. I can fully appreciate the journey, the ups and downs, the struggles and the joy on my way to achievement. Now I have learnt to enjoy every aspect of the journey I can realize how amazing each moment and minute is.
One of my goals is to help as many people as possible to realize and reach there visions. I love helping and connecting with people and if I can help just one person to reach their vision, I know I am doing something so worthwhile.
