What is Glutamine?

It’s an amino acid (building blocks of protein) and used to maintain muscle tissue. The body uses it in large amounts (it’s the most abundant Amino acid in the bloodstream).

It’s used for people after weight loss, burning fat or building muscle. It also helps brain function, digestive health (helps in preventing a leaky gut) and athletic performance.
