A Dietary supplement is any product that containing one or more dietary ingredients such as a vitamin, mineral, herb, amino acid or other ingredient used to supplement the diet. They are not food additives or drugs.
For the next 8 weeks, I will be writing about a different supplement each week.
I will write about the effects of the chosen supplement on the body, the amount you should consume, the time you should consume it and the side effects it may have.
I will also write about my own personal experience using the supplement (based on my opinion, not scientific evidence) and the effects I feel it has on my body and my training.
