It’s so easy for us to get lost in everyday life and forget to what’s truly important to us.
For me I have a big dream, a vision and a slight change of environment, can completely throw me off track.
I am constantly learning what works for me and what leads me to fall off course. And by doing this, I can eliminate things that lead me astray.
It’s rare you will have a perfect journey to your vision. But you can set yourself up for the greatest chances. To do this, I suggest surrounding yourself with the right people (uplifting, positive and high energy) and placing yourself in empowering situations. I also like to journal first thing in the morning. I practice gratitude, I write down my vision and I set my goals.
What do you do to stay on track ?
Hey, very true. Mr Sylvester Stallone once said Life is not all sunshine and rainbows. You will have ups and downs. Hey That’s life. ( Frank Sinatra song). We get up and brush our selves of and keep on going. That’s how winners are made.
HI Rosie! It takes a lot of discipline to stay on track, and I found that one thing that can help is to give yourself permission in SPECIFIC instances to deviate from what you know the solid course would be. If you make this infrequent, but use it as a tool very consciously and occasionally, it can help avoiding feeling like a robot, and gives you a more in-depth knowledge of what your weaknesses may be. You can never get rid of all of them, but by getting to know them, you may work around them when necessary.
