Today is the day, Monday the 14th Jan, I start with Intermittent fasting for a month. I like to start new challenges on a Monday as I see it as a fresh week and the best time to take on a new challenge. I am really looking forward to seeing and feeling the outcome and as promised will keep you updated each step of the way.

 

As mentioned in other posts, I would love to hear from you if you have any experience with any of the diets I will be experimenting with in the next 6 months.
